Our focus

Capital. Risk. Technology.

Different disciplines. Connected economics.

We consider capital, risk and technology together, looking for opportunities that require more than a single perspective.

01

Capital

We consider how capital can support opportunities where differentiated insight, access and execution can create enduring value.

The starting point is the business: how it earns, what it needs to grow and what could impair the investment. We consider the structure, timing and responsibilities of capital alongside the opportunity it supports.

02

Risk

We consider how risk shapes business resilience, investment value and the capital required to grow.

Understanding what can fail is part of understanding what a business is worth. We consider which risks can be reduced, retained or transferred, and how those choices affect operating resilience and capital requirements.

03

Technology

We consider how technology changes business economics, operating dependencies and the opportunities for enduring advantage.

Technology can alter costs, revenue models and the systems on which businesses depend. We examine those changes alongside cybersecurity, resilience and the capital needed to develop an opportunity.

Modes of engagement

The role follows the opportunity.

The contracting entity, scope and terms are agreed for each engagement. A capability description is not a commitment to finance, insure or invest.
